I am a proud graduate of South Carolina State University and a South Carolina native who moved to Georgia in 2013. In 2017, I joined the Coweta County School System and quickly found a professional home at Winston Dowdell Academy, where I have taught exclusively. Newnan has welcomed my family and me, and I am honored to be the 2025 Teacher of the Year for Winston Dowdell Academy.
