Welcome to Winston Dowdell Academy! My name is Dr. Jacqueline Stephens, and I am honored to serve as Principal of this unique and purposeful learning community. Winston Dowdell Academy provides students in grades 9–12 with a supportive environment designed to meet their academic, social, and emotional needs while preparing them for success through and beyond high school.

With over 20 years of experience in education as a teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal, I am deeply committed to helping every student discover their strengths and reach their full potential. At Winston Dowdell Academy, we believe in second chances, fresh starts, and the power of relationships to change lives.
